About The Role
Al Qaryan International DMCC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Treasury Accountant to join our Finance team in Dubai.
The successful candidate will support treasury operations, banking transactions, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with company policies and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily treasury and cash flow activities.
- Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements.
- Process and monitor bank payments, receipts, and fund transfers.
- Coordinate with banking partners on account-related matters.
- Support cash position reporting and treasury analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of treasury transactions and banking documents.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Support internal and external audit requirements.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Perform other accounting and treasury-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1ā3 years of experience in treasury, accounting, or finance operations.
- Sound understanding of banking processes and financial controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Experience in a trading or commodity business environment is an advantage.
