Overview
We are hiring a Junior Translator & Administrator for a Translation Office in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling daily administrative and office management tasks
- Coordinating with clients and responding to inquiries professionally
- Preparing quotations, invoices, and maintaining office documentation
- Managing multiple tasks and ensuring smooth branch operations
- Reviewing and proofreading translated documents before delivery to clients
- Assisting in translation-related tasks when required
- Registering and managing customer accounts and records
- Using Microsoft Office applications efficiently, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Requirements
- Native Arabic speaker
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in administration or office coordination
- Background or experience in translation is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Holding a valid UAE residence visa is an added advantage
