About Mismar
Mismar is a mobile-first, AI-powered ERP built for construction companies still stuck on WhatsApp and Excel.
We connect site and office teams, procurement, HR, finance, and operations in real time, so contractors catch cost overruns before they hit the margin instead of discovering them after the project closes.

About The Role
This is a graduate program built for fresh graduates who want to break into B2B tech sales.
You'll start with a paid internship of a few months, and based on performance, move into a full-time Sales Executive role.
You'll learn the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, while getting hands-on with the GTM and marketing work that feeds the pipeline.
You'll sell directly to decision-makers in construction companies, contractors still running projects on WhatsApp and Excel, and show them how Mismar ERP connects site to finance in real time so they catch cost overruns before the margin is gone.
Requirements
- Fluent in
Arabic
- and English (Arabic is mandatory) for client calls and meetings
- Must own a
- car
- and hold a valid UAE driving license, required for field visits and client meetings
- Recent graduate, or graduating soon, any discipline
- An interest in sales, tech, or startups
What You'Ll Do
- Prospect through cold calls, LinkedIn, email, and in-person office and site visits
- Run discovery meetings with the presales team to understand client needs and qualify opportunities
- Deliver live product demos tailored to each client's pain points
- Manage the pipeline, follow up consistently, and close deals
- Work with the product and onboarding team for a smooth handover post-sale

Location
- In-person, 9 AM to 6 PM, Mon to Fri, at our office in Dubai Silicon Oasis.
- A car and valid UAE driving license are required for client visits.
- Arabic fluency is mandatory.
