Junior Structural Design Review Engineer "Civil"

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Review structural calculations, drawings, and design models under senior engineers' supervision.
• Prepare technical reports and deliverables; check compliance with project requirements, codes, and standards.
• Join multidisciplinary coordination meetings and support site visits, technical assessments, and inspections as needed.
• Review shop drawings and material submittals; coordinate with stakeholders and site teams to collect technical information.
• Assist with bills of quantities and quantity take-offs; support resolution of technical issues during design review and project execution.
• Maintain engineering records and documentation; develop technical knowledge and stay current with practices and software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of structural engineering experience.
• Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Basic knowledge of reinforced concrete and steel structure design, and basic understanding of structural analysis and design principles.
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers or eligibility for registration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Open only to Saudi nationals.

Preferred skills

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, or similar engineering software is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Saudi Building Code is an advantage.

Schedule and availability

• Workweek is Saturday through Thursday.
• Preference is given to candidates who can join immediately.
