- Support inventory optimization across retail stores using data analytics and operational insights to reduce dead stock, excess inventory, and stockouts while improving inventory productivity and accuracy.
- Reduce dead stock and excess inventory through analysis and action planning
- Monitor stock cover and replenishment parameters
- Analyse sales velocity, aging inventory, and SKU performance
- Identify slow-moving and non-moving SKUs
- Build dashboards and generate inventory insights.
