Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Specialist role based in tehran The Junior Specialist will support daily operational tasks, including data entry, basic reporting, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of e-commerce processes.

Responsibilities include monitoring order statuses, updating product or customer information in internal systems, and assisting with issue resolution under the guidance of senior team members.

The role will also involve communicating with cross-functional stakeholders, preparing simple performance summaries, and following established workflows and guidelines.

The Junior Specialist will be expected to learn and apply company policies, use internal tools effectively, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and routine tasks.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Comfort using office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation, and collaboration software) and willingness to learn new internal platforms.
  • Ability to work on-site in tehran, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving mindset, eagerness to learn, and openness to feedback and coaching.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior internship or junior experience in e-commerce, operations, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
  • Interest in online retail, Health and beauty, and cosmetics products, with alignment to Digikala’s values of customer focus, excellence, and results orientation.
