Lilibet’s is a bold new Mayfair restaurant from award-winning chef Ross Shonhan , with Executive Chef Alex Harper leading the kitchen. We celebrate exceptional seafood, seasonal produce and sharp, thoughtful cooking.

With 160 covers, an oyster bar, fireside grill, cocktail bar. year-round terrace and a unique private dining room, Lilibet’s is made for chefs who want pace, quality and ambition.

We’re looking for a driven Junior Sous Chef to help lead the team, raise standards and bring passion and energy to every service.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-quality Restaurant;
• Strong awareness of trends and seasonality of produce;
• A highly creative approach to your work with excellent attention to detail;
• Proven ability to manage, train and motivate a Kitchen brigade;
• A working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedure
• A positive, ambitious attitude and hunger to keep developing.
