Requirements
- Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Civil Engineering; Bachelor's degree is also listed as required.
- Relevant site experience of 1–3 years; site supervisor experience of one year is preferred.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required; 50% travel is specified.
- Two-wheeler and driving license required.
- Hindi speaking is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise building construction and civil works including masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, and finishing.
- Interpret AutoCAD drawings and coordinate execution according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage office interior works and modular furniture installation.
- Monitor manpower, materials, workmanship, quality, and project progress.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports, material requirements, work measurements, and progress updates.
- Resolve site issues and coordinate corrective actions to minimize delays and rework.
- Ensure finishing, safety, housekeeping, snag rectification, quality control, and handover.
Pay
- ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work location is in person; project-site travel is required, with 50% travel stated.
