Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).

Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand new technologies and products.
Highly adaptable and able to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel across the UAE for installations, preventive maintenance, and breakdown service support irrespective of timings.

Installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of aesthetic laser and medical devices.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally.
Provide on-site technical support and customer training when required.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly service reports.
Coordinate with the service team and management to ensure timely customer support.
Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
