Responsibilities

  • As a Junior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in strengthening Bel’s market presence and supporting sales execution excellence.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting daily visits to market outlets to ensure strong field presence and business development
  • Following up on the activation of stands and Retail Selling Points (RSPs)
  • Tracking promotional flyers and supporting visibility initiatives
  • Contributing to the planning and execution of promotional activities
  • Creating and maintaining an RSP tracker for both Bel and competitors
  • Reporting on activation progress and shelf visibility
  • Gathering market feedback and monitoring competitor activity
  • Preparing weekly market visit reports with recommendations and corrective actions
  • Building strong relationships with key retailers
  • Embodying and promoting Bel’s values in every interaction

What We’re Looking For

  • Saudi National
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
  • Valid driving license and access to a car
  • Willingness to travel frequently to Riyadh and Dammam
  • Good command of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized, reliable, and eager to learn
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
