Responsibilities
- As a Junior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in strengthening Bel’s market presence and supporting sales execution excellence.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting daily visits to market outlets to ensure strong field presence and business development
- Following up on the activation of stands and Retail Selling Points (RSPs)
- Tracking promotional flyers and supporting visibility initiatives
- Contributing to the planning and execution of promotional activities
- Creating and maintaining an RSP tracker for both Bel and competitors
- Reporting on activation progress and shelf visibility
- Gathering market feedback and monitoring competitor activity
- Preparing weekly market visit reports with recommendations and corrective actions
- Building strong relationships with key retailers
- Embodying and promoting Bel’s values in every interaction
What We’re Looking For
- Saudi National
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Valid driving license and access to a car
- Willingness to travel frequently to Riyadh and Dammam
- Good command of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly organized, reliable, and eager to learn
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
