Junior Sales Executive – IT Support Services (Indoor + Outdoor Sales)

Role overview

Sales responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities; generate leads through calls, emails, meetings, and networking.
• Present IT support service offerings and conduct demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline, follow up with prospects, and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Coordinate with technical colleagues to align service solutions with client requirements.
• Conduct client visits and presentations, attend relevant events, and close contracts with SME clients across Dubai.
• Maintain existing account relationships, support customer satisfaction, and report on sales activities and performance.

Qualifications and experience

• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in IT services or technology.
• Knowledge of IT sales and IT support services, including basic familiarity with helpdesk, network support, or system maintenance.
• Skills in cold calling, lead generation, pipeline building, closing contracts, and account management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; customer-focused, resilient, and comfortable in a target-driven role.
• Comfortable with client visits within Dubai and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred; prior sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
• English proficiency is required; additional language skills are beneficial.
• Confident by phone and in person, self-motivated, target-driven, and able to close.

Work arrangement

• The role is described as on-site in Dubai and includes outdoor client visits and events.
