Junior Sales Executive

Role overview

Customer support and onboarding

• Explain required documents and guide customers through submission.
• Collect and organize customer documentation for internal tenant evaluation.
• Coordinate with the tenant assessment team so applications are reviewed on time.
• Help prepare contracts and support approvals.
• Follow up on payments before handing cases to the collections team.

Sales and partnerships support

• Identify potential corporate leads and pass opportunities to the sales team.
• Support relationship-building with relocation agencies, HR teams, and other service providers.
• Help set up marketing collaborations with aligned brands to raise awareness.
• Keep accurate CRM records of leads, contacts, and partnership activity.

Candidate profile

• Have 2–5 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or account support.
• Be customer-friendly, organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and a supportive team player.

Work arrangement

• The role is based in Dubai and described as hybrid.

Weekend schedule

• The role may require Saturday or Sunday work; when weekend work occurs, days off move to the middle of the week.
