Overview
Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.
Assist in selling and marketing lease vehicle products to customers and corporate clients.
Communicate with customers through phone calls, emails, and direct meetings in a professional manner.
Maintain existing customer accounts and provide daily customer service support.
Prepare and update customer files, rental agreements, quotations, and related documents.
Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure payment and paperwork are completed properly.
Follow up with customers regarding overdue rental vehicles, expected return dates, and rental extensions.
Provide customers with information related to rates, service charges, vehicle availability, and rental terms.
Support internal coordination with Fleet, Maintenance, Operations, and Insurance teams.
Assist in submitting insurance documents and claims accurately and on time.
Support senior team members in preparing reports and client updates.
Ensure all customer requests are handled professionally and escalated when necessary.
