Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying, assessing, and monitoring operational and financial risks.
- Analyze risk data and prepare reports for management review.
- Support development and implementation of risk management policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and document findings.
- Monitor compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address risk-related issues.
- Maintain accurate risk documentation and support audit activities.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in risk analysis, finance, compliance, or a related role is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
