Junior Quantity Surveyor – Dubai (Full-Time, On-Site)
Hennessey LLC, a leading construction and fit-out company in the UAE, is looking for a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates
- Support project cost planning, budgeting, and reporting
- Help monitor project costs and ensure budget control
- Work closely with project teams to maintain cost efficiency
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field
- 0–3 years’ experience in construction or fit-out projects
- Basic knowledge of cost control and BOQ preparation
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with construction software is an advantage
