Job Description As a Junior Quality Controller, your primary role will be to ensure that products meet required standards before reaching customers. You will work closely with production teams, examining processes and final products to identify defects or deviations from quality standards. Your keen eye for detail and analytical skills will be critical in maintaining the high standards expected by our clients and consumers. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections on products to detect any quality issues.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Identify, document, and report any product defects or inconsistencies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements to management.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality assurance activities.
• Participate in continuous quality assurance training and development programs.
• Ensure that safety and quality standards are observed at all times.
• Assist in the preparation of quality reports and presentations for review.
• Support senior quality controllers in special projects and audits.
• Respond promptly to quality issues and help implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with quality control concepts and practices is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Prior experience in a quality control or assurance role is beneficial.
• Proficiency in using standard office software and quality testing tools.
