Junior Project Manager (Saudi National)

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end management of digital infrastructure projects, from planning and scoping to execution and delivery.
• Work closely with senior project managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business and regulatory needs.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and risk logs.
• Assist in preparing client-facing dashboards and reports highlighting KPIs, timelines, and project status.
• Help build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to the preparation of status updates, progress reports, and presentations.
• Support alignment of projects with strategic initiatives such as Saudi Vision 2030.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
• Assist in identifying project risks and support the development of mitigation plans.
• Work within Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity, networking, data centres, and digital transformation concepts.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced project environment.
