Job Summary

As a Junior Project Manager at DRC, you will play a critical role in supporting Project Management activities for the successful delivery of projects.

You will work closely with the Senior Project Manager, Production Team, Sales and other stakeholders to coordinate project tasks, manage timelines, and assist in delivering high-quality products to clients.

Project Coordination

  • Assist project managers in coordinating project activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives in regards to project timelines and budgets.
  • Cross department collaboration with the site survey teams, production, sales, topographical survey teams, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaboration across company brands to meet client specific delivery.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Assist in preparing project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, resources, and expenditures.
  • Generate regular reports to track project performance against established metrics and milestones.

Team Collaboration

  • Foster a collaborative team environment by promoting communication, knowledge sharing, and best practices.

Client Communication

  • Step in as a point of contact for clients, arranging access, addressing inquiries, providing project updates, and managing client expectations.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and presentations with clients to review project status, deliverables, and requirements.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in project management and implementing process and procedures to future proof the business, preferably in the construction or property industry.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
