The Junior Project Manager coordinates client projects and works with the Brand Development Director, chemist, designer, suppliers, and manufacturing team.
Project Coordination Responsibilities
- Maintain project timelines, trackers, records, deadlines, and next steps; collect client requirements and prepare structured briefs.
- Coordinate formula and packaging samples and design revisions; follow up with suppliers and internal teams.
- Collect supplier quotations, prepare cost comparisons and quotation drafts, check warehouse stock, and prepare purchasing requirements.
- Record client feedback and written approvals against the correct sample or artwork version.
- Track production, outstanding documents, and delivery arrangements; prepare client updates and follow up on agreed payment milestones.
- Identify delays or missing information early and escalate them with proposed solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in project coordination, operations, purchasing, or client servicing.
- Strong organization and attention to detail; clear written and spoken English.
- Confidence using Excel or Google Sheets and ability to manage several projects and follow up consistently.
- Comfort working with quantities, prices, specifications, and deadlines; practical problem-solving approach and willingness to learn.
- Experience in cosmetics, packaging, manufacturing, or sourcing is an advantage.

Salary
