Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and customer-facing teams to shape the right outcomes.
Define clear problem statements, requirements, acceptance criteria, and implementation constraints.
Break initiatives into small, independently deliverable increments for agent execution.
Direct AI agents through iterative development workflows.
Review generated implementations for correctness, maintainability, security, and alignment with the specification.
Validate results through tests, demonstrations, and customer-focused evaluation.
Diagnose failures to improve context, specifications, and the agent harness.
Other duties as assigned by management

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.
0-4 years of experience building and maintaining production software systems.
An AI-native mindset and genuine interest in building software through agentic workflows.
Strong ability to turn ambiguous problems into precise specifications and measurable acceptance criteria.
Proficiency with software engineering so you can evaluate agent-produced architecture, data flow, tests, edge cases, and security.
Comfort iterating quickly, learning from failures, and improving instructions based on results.
A high standard for reviewing and validating work rather than accepting generated output at face value.
Clear communication, sound judgment, ownership, and a collaborative mindset.
