Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing user behavior, product usage, and funnel performance data
- Supporting A/B testing, experiments, and feature performance tracking
- Creating dashboards and reports for product KPIs
- Identifying user trends, pain points, and improvement opportunities
- Assisting in writing product requirements (PRDs) and user stories
- Coordinating with engineering, design, QA, and business teams
- Supporting product launches, releases, and go-to-market activities
- Tracking product metrics such as retention, engagement, conversion, and churn
- Gathering user feedback and supporting UX research activities
- Ensuring data accuracy and reporting consistency
(Must-have)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or related field
- 0–3+ years of experience in product, analytics, business analysis, or tech support roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of product lifecycle and digital products
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in fast-paced environments
- Attention to detail and structured thinking
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Heap
- Experience with BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau
- Basic SQL knowledge and familiarity with databases
- Exposure to Agile environments and tools like Jira or Confluence
- Familiarity with product development tools like Figma
- Internship or project experience in tech companies, startups, or digital products
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and customer journey mapping
- Exposure to SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or mobile app products
- Strong interest in product management or data analytics career path
