The Role
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and issuing reinsurance policy documentation (treaties and facultative contracts)
- Maintain accurate policy records and ensure all data is entered correctly into internal systems
- Support senior administrators with endorsements, renewals, and policy amendments
- Monitor policy timelines, including inception, renewal, and expiry dates
- Coordinate with underwriting, finance, and claims teams to ensure consistency of policy information
- Verify premium calculations, terms, and conditions for accuracy and completeness
- Follow up on outstanding reinsurance premiums and ensure timely collection and settlement with brokers and reinsurers.
- Handle routine correspondence with brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
- Organize and archive documentation for audit and reporting purposes
- Assist in resolving discrepancies or data issues in policy records
