Support the smooth, accurate, and timely operation of an online poker platform.
Work across tournaments, cash games, promotions, CRM activities, QA, and back-office systems.
The role is designed for someone with strong poker knowledge who wants to develop operational expertise.
Accountabilities
- Set up and deploy tournaments, satellites, cash games, and poker series.
- Configure back-office and in-client settings accurately and within deadlines.
- Support missions, leaderboards, tickets, rewards, and CRM campaigns.
- Perform QA, release validation, and post-deployment checks.
- Investigate issues, respond to requests, and escalate problems appropriately.
- Maintain operational documentation and support new features and promotional mechanics.
- Use AI and technology tools to improve daily operational work.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of online poker, cash games, tournaments, and core poker mechanics.
- Genuine interest in poker and curiosity about online poker room operations.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and written communication.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, software applications, and unfamiliar internal systems.
- Ability to use AI and technology for learning, problem-solving, and workflow improvement.
- Fast learning, adaptability, reliability, and willingness to take on increasing responsibility.
- Experience in online poker, gaming, technology, or fast-paced operations is advantageous.
