We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Junior Packer to join our team at Ripe Organic.
The role involves handling fresh produce and ensuring all items are packed accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack fruits, vegetables, and organic products according to company standards
- Ensure proper labeling, weighing, and sealing of products
- Inspect items for quality and report any damaged or spoiled goods
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area
- Assist in loading and unloading deliveries when required
- Follow all safety and food handling guidelines
Requirements
- Basic understanding of packing and warehouse operations (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to work flexible shifts if required
