Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, verify, and approve transactions according to company processes and compliance requirements.
• Handle client queries about transaction status, delays, failed payments, and beneficiary fund receipt issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and banking partners to investigate and resolve transactions.
• Respond professionally to clients through email and other communication channels; send status updates and follow-up emails.
• Maintain Excel/MIS sheets for client queries, complaints, transaction issues, and resolutions.
• Track and document client issues through resolution; promptly escalate critical or unresolved cases.
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and operational efficiency in daily activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, BBA, BBM, BA, or a banking/finance-related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred skills and experience

• Basic knowledge of banking, remittance, payment operations, or financial services is preferred.
• Experience in customer support, banking operations, or payment processing is an added advantage.
• Understanding of transaction monitoring and compliance processes is preferred.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
