Al Manarah, a company under Chedid Capital, is looking for a Junior Officer who will support end-to-end policy administration and policy issuance.
He/She will ensure accurate documentation, timely processing of declarations, and smooth coordination with internal Finance and Accounts teams to support efficient service delivery within regulatory requirements and company policies.

Responsibilities
- Acknowledge receipt of client enquiries and shipment declarations, ensuring proper recording of entries.
- Coordinate the collection of KYC documentation from clients.
- Approach insurance companies to obtain marine insurance quotations.
- Prepare comparison sheets outlining premiums and coverage benefits.
- Upon client confirmation, arrange premium payments and submit all required documents to insurance companies and internal stakeholders in line with established P&P.
- Coordinate monthly declarations for Open Policy clients.
- Follow up on the issuance of policies and RVs with insurance companies.
- Review and verify policies and certificates issued by insurers before sharing them with clients.
- Ensure proper booking and filing of all documentation.
- Liaise with the Finance/Accounts department regarding updated Statements of Account (SOA) and follow up with clients as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
