The Junior MI Analyst helps turn business data into accurate, useful management information that supports decision-making across Lifeplus.
The role works alongside experienced MI analysts and colleagues across the business.
What you'll do
- Produce and maintain reports and dashboards that help teams understand business performance and make informed decisions.
- Prepare, validate, and combine data from different sources for reporting and analysis.
- Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and present information clearly and accurately.
- Identify trends, patterns, unusual results, and data quality issues, and support further investigation.
- Work with colleagues across the business to understand reporting requirements and provide relevant information.
- Maintain and improve reporting processes, datasets, and existing reporting solutions.
- Contribute to improvements in reporting tools, processes, and data visualization.
- Maintain accurate reporting documentation to support consistency and continuity.
Essential experience
- Experience producing reports or working with data to support business or operational decisions.
- Experience working with data from one or more sources, including checking its accuracy and consistency.
- Experience using data to identify trends, patterns, or discrepancies.
Desirable experience
- Experience creating or maintaining dashboards and management information reports.
- Experience using data visualization or reporting tools.
- Experience working with operational or business performance data.
- Experience improving reporting processes or supporting data quality investigations.
