Junior Marketing Executive

Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple brands.

Build and schedule marketing emails using approved content and templates.

Assist with event administration, landing pages and online event platforms.

Update spreadsheets, prepare audience lists and help maintain accurate records.

Keep tasks, deadlines and project updates organised across our marketing systems.

Follow up on actions, approvals and missing information to keep projects moving.

Help create process documents, guides and checklists.

Provide general administrative support to the wider marketing team

Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

Confidence communicating with colleagues and asking questions when you're unsure.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Eagerness to learn new systems, tools and ways of working.

A positive, reliable and team-focused approach.

A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related subject.

Previous work experience, internship, placement year or part-time role in an office, administration or marketing environment.

Exposure to marketing, events, customer communications or data administration.

Experience using CRM, email marketing or project management platforms.

An interest in building a career within marketing operations
