Junior Marketer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources (case managers, discharge planners, physicians).
• Generate new referrals and support existing accounts within the assigned territory.
• Act as the liaison between Lorian and referral partners; assist with referral processing.
• Obtain required Face‑to‑Face physician documentation.
• Support patients, coworkers, and referral partners by resolving issues as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and sales/marketing updates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or marketing (healthcare preferred).
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Critical thinking and solid judgment in fast‑moving situations.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Work in offices and medical facilities; potential exposure to healthcare environments.
• Regular standing, walking, talking, and occasional light physical activity.

• This position is salary based with a bonus structure.
• Pay per visit ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 visit commensurate with experience.
