Responsibilities
- Work alongside senior process engineers, equipment technicians, and Quality to support manufacturing operations.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise wire bonding manufacturing processes.
- Apply Six Sigma and statistical process control tools to analyse production data.
- Identify defect root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Requirements
- Junior engineer able to work with senior process engineers, equipment technicians, and Quality in a manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to complete comprehensive training and develop expertise in wire bonding technologies.
