Role purpose

Reconciliation operations and governance

• Own end-to-end SIT reconciliation cycles across Global Travel KCGs.
• Validate completeness of Stock on Hand, depletion, shipment, and Stock on Water files.
• Begin reconciliations only after prior cycles are closed and required data sources are received and validated.
• Maintain the reconciliation calendar, status tracker, cycle folders, audit documentation, and file governance.
• Manage multiple KCG workflows while meeting delivery timelines and controls.

Preparation and validation

• Prepare workbooks using customer balances, depletion actuals, shipment data, and Stock on Water inputs.
• Validate start stock, end stock, shipments, depletions, and customer-reported inventory balances.
• Perform EU conversions using approved templates and resolve brand mismatches, product mapping issues, Stock on Water discrepancies, and data-alignment gaps.
• Complete validations before sharing results with Commercial Finance and FP&A; analyze variances and coordinate remediation.

Anaplan uploads and data maintenance

• Prepare uploader files for approved customer balance adoption.
• Upload SIT balances into Anaplan and validate upload accuracy.
• Troubleshoot upload failures, incorrect balances, and partial product-level issues.

Governance and collaboration

• Deliver short- and long-term plans for reconciliations, balance validation, data quality, system uploads, reporting accuracy, and governance.
• Coordinate with Commercial Finance, FP&A, Account Managers, Depletion Teams, TradeEdge teams, and system stakeholders to resolve issues, obtain approvals, and deliver accurate outcomes.
• Maintain audit readiness and documentation standards, continuously improve reconciliation and reporting frameworks, and support onboarding governance for new KCGs and customers.
• Manage business-as-usual operations, timely closures, issue escalations, and stakeholder communication; undertake related Commercial Data Systems or SIT Governance tasks as requested.
