We are looking for a talented individual to join our dedicated team as a
Junior Learning Consultant
role.
This role is exclusively open to Emiratis, in line with our commitment to supporting national talent development.
What You Will Do
- Training coordination, including preparing training logistics
- Supporting trainers and training participants
- Preparing training venues
- Maintaining daily contact with trainers and vendors
- Providing support to the team with incoming inquiries
- Scheduling meetings and preparing timetables
- Preparing training materials
- Together with other coordinators, you will drive customer engagements and ensure that Learning Services projects are delivered with quality and on time.
- You will have the opportunity to gain a thorough understanding of the business environment by working closely with customers and vendors.
What You Will Bring
- BSc in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent is preferred but not required; candidates with other academic backgrounds are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet the demands of a dynamic training environment.
- Proficiency in English.
- A technical background will be an advantage, preferably in telecommunications or IT.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a high-impact business environment.
- A hands-on approach and a "can-do" attitude.
- Experience working in an international environment is a plus.
- An understanding of project management activities is a plus.
- An interest in technology and its evolution is a plus.
