Seero Engineering Consulting seeks a fresh IT or Computer Science graduate to support the IT Lead with daily IT operations and technical support.
Responsibilities
- Support the IT Lead with day-to-day IT operations and technical support activities.
- Troubleshoot common PC, printer, software, and connectivity issues.
- Work with the IT Team Lead to provide daily support to employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are preferred; prior professional experience is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 or Office applications.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn IT infrastructure, network administration, and system support.
