Resolve daily IT requests and provide basic Windows and Mac troubleshooting.
Maintain office networks, Wi-Fi, printers, scanners, TVs, and projectors.
Set up laptops and system accounts for new hires; collect devices, back up data, and disable accounts for departing employees.
Manage Google Workspace accounts, passwords, Google Groups, and access issues.
Monitor backups, assist with data restoration, and manage folder permissions.
Request IT vendor quotes, order equipment, maintain device inventories and software renewal records, and coordinate support tickets and repairs.

Oversee workspace upkeep and coordinate office repairs and external facilities vendors.
Manage daily tasks for office boy and housekeeping staff.
Monitor and reorder stationery, pantry groceries, and housekeeping materials.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and package dispatch, receipt, and tracking.
Gather vendor quotes, manage basic expenses and petty cash, verify and route invoices, and coordinate routine service renewals.
Source and arrange delivery of materials, props, and equipment for company shoots or events.
