IT Support Specialist
to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
- Provide technical support to employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across company systems.
- Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Assist in managing cloud platforms such as
Microsoft 365 and AWS

- Maintain documentation for IT systems, procedures, and configurations.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
Skills & Requirements
- 3 years of experinces in IT
- Knowledge of
- Windows / macOS systems administration

- Basic networking knowledge (
DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewalls
- ).
- Experience with
Microsoft 365 and Active Directory

- Experience with
- AWS services and WordPress
