Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Influencer Marketing Executive role based in New Delhi.
The role involves identifying and researching relevant influencers across social media platforms, supporting outreach, and helping manage day-to-day communication with creators.
The Junior Influencer Marketing Executive will assist in coordinating campaign timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring content aligns with client briefs and brand guidelines.
The role also includes monitoring campaign performance, compiling basic reports, and sharing insights with the internal team.
In addition, the position supports collaboration with sales and account teams to prepare proposals, update client decks, and contribute ideas for new campaigns.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with internal teams, influencers, and clients.
- Foundational knowledge of Influencer Marketing, including understanding of creator ecosystems, platforms, and basic campaign workflows.
- Understanding of Social Media Marketing, including trends, platform features (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), and content formats.
- Basic familiarity with Public Relations and Sales, especially in building relationships, negotiating deliverables, and supporting pitches.
- Ability to organize multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort using spreadsheets, presentation tools, and social analytics dashboards; willingness to learn new tools and platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous internship or junior-level experience in influencer marketing, digital agencies, or social media is an advantage but not mandatory.
