Full-time Junior Influencer Campaign Manager role based in Dubai, UAE.
The role supports planning, execution and optimization of influencer campaigns across social media platforms.
Work arrangement
- Hybrid arrangement with some work-from-home flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Manage campaigns from briefing through execution, delivery and reporting.
- Identify influencers and content creators across the UAE and wider MENA region and maintain relationships with them.
- Handle rate negotiations, contracts, timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate campaign ideas and content with clients and internal creative, social and strategy teams.
- Manage campaign budgets and timelines; coordinate approvals and brand-guideline compliance.
- Run multiple campaigns and creators simultaneously, monitor performance and prepare reports and insights.
- Stay current on influencer trends, platforms and MENA audience behavior; use local cultural understanding to keep campaigns relevant.
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
- 1–3 years of influencer marketing, digital marketing or campaign management experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of social platforms, content creators and influencer marketing trends.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
