Role overview

Location and work arrangement

• Candidates must be based in the Montreal area and comfortable with a hybrid model.
• The role works in the Montreal headquarters office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

What you'll be doing

• Support campaign execution and produce pixel-perfect outputs to media specifications.
• Maintain brand consistency and quality standards and help communicate products visually to multiple audiences.
• Design and produce sales and marketing documentation, presentations, internal communications, and sales tools.
• Propose creative solutions supporting brand and business objectives from pitch through final production.
• Collaborate with designers, product marketers, content writers, and marketing managers.
• Manage deadlines with input and direction from the project manager.

What you need to bring

• Portfolio showcasing creativity, design skills, and quality of work.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• At least one year of multidisciplinary design experience in a related field, focused on digital design.
• Ability to balance creative thinking with performance-driven outcomes and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage tasks and tight timelines.
• Fluency in English as a working language is required.
