Junior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Finance Analyst to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recently graduated individual to develop their skills in mergers and acquisitions and contribute to our ongoing success.

You will be reporting to the Head of M&A and Ventures and working closely with the VP of Ventures and Acquisitions.

· Conduct market research to identify companies within specific industries that meet Greenbull's criteria for mergers and acquisitions.

· Screen the market and target well-performing companies for potential investment.

· Establish contact with target companies and gather essential financial information.

· Analyse financial statements, cash flow statements and identify key performance indicators (KPIs).

· Understand and interpret variations in financial data.

· Develop and maintain financial models to assess investment opportunities and evaluate their impact on the company's financial performance.

· Monitor and analyse the performance of existing investments.

· Identify areas for improvement and contribute to strategic decision-making.

· Contribute to due diligence processes for potential investment opportunities.

Communication skills

· Prepare documentation, including PowerPoint / Canvas presentations, to effectively communicate investment opportunities.

· Utilise strong presentation skills to represent Greenbull and present opportunities to potential ventures and acquisitions.

· Demonstrate effective communication skills across various channels, including phone and email, to present the company positively.
