Role overview
Based at the client’s Dubai regional office, the Junior Finance Controller works with leadership to drive financial performance and support strategic decisions.
The client is a multinational manufacturer of advanced machinery, systems, and solutions.
Role scope
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analyze financial performance across business units and product-line margins.
- Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, variance analysis, and financial evaluation.
- Develop and implement internal controls and compliance in line with company policies.
- Manage cost-centre and profit-centre accounting and monitor regional costs.
- Improve processes, identify cost savings, manage contracts, and assess financial risks.
- Manage, mentor, and train team members.
Candidate requirements
- Qualified finance graduate with a professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA.
- Requires 8–10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, industrial products, or machinery-related services.
- Requires experience in financial reporting, business analysis, product profitability, project management, financial forecasting and evaluation, and regional tax processes.
- MENA or MEA experience and good understanding and experience in IFRS are required.
- Experience in SAP is mandatory.
- Fluency in French, Arabic, or German is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills are required.
- Regional travel may be needed.
