Role overview
Flex is hiring a Junior Executive – Program Management in Chennai.
The role supports manufacturing program coordination and cross-functional execution.
Responsibilities
- Review program proposals and plans, helping define timelines, procedures, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate work plans and responsibilities with Program Management, Operations, and other managers.
- Drive cross-functional project activities to keep programs on schedule and within budget.
- Prepare program reports and management or client presentations; assist with metrics tracking.
- Travel occasionally to customer locations.
- Promote continuous improvement in project timelines, cost, and daily production.
- Follow up on shipments and coordinate responses to issues that could delay site or customer commitments.
Qualifications
- Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and typically three years in manufacturing or a related industry.
- Requires advanced functional knowledge, sound understanding of company policies and procedures, and awareness of cross-functional impacts.
- May require office skills including telephone use, data entry, word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and database systems.
