Junior Executive - Program Management

Role overview

What you will do

• Assist in reviewing program proposals and plans, defining timelines, procedures, staffing requirements, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with Program Management, Operations, and other managers to outline work plans, assign duties, receive technical advice, and resolve problems.
• Coordinate projects with Customer Focus Team members to keep programs on schedule and within budget, facilitating communication across departments.
• Prepare program reports and executive presentations for management, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with program metric development and tracking.
• Travel occasionally to customer locations.
• Drive improvement activities that affect project timelines, costs, or daily production.
• Follow up on shipments and coordinate issue resolution to meet site and customer commitments without delays.

Experience and skills

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and three years of experience in manufacturing or a related industry are required.
• Requires advanced knowledge of functional concepts and a solid understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Requires awareness of functional impacts on work processes and other functions.
• Office skills may include data entry and software for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and databases.
