We are looking fo r a Senior Executive – Human Resources to manage and execute end-to-end HR activities in a fast-growing aerospace manufacturing setup.
The role will cover the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, performance management and exit processes.

Requirements
- Qualifications:
- Required:
- MBA in HR ( Labour Relations / Industrial Relations preferred).
- 1–3 years of overall experi ence across HR operations and talent management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving setup.
- Preferred:
- Experience in early-stage or growing manufacturing setups.
- Exposure to aerospace or engineering industry.
- Experience work ing on Zoho HRMS (Zoho People) or s imilar HR management systems.
