Emirates Electrical Engineering is a specialized business platform that provides comprehensive turnkey solutions combining development, financing, construction and operation of solar rooftops for commercial and industrial building in the UAE, also a responsive and flexible organization dedicated for the design and construction of turnkey electrical power projects such as High Voltage Substations, Cable Networks and Transmission Lines.
Job Purpose
Handle technical estimation activities for systems projects | Identify and develop new business opportunities in
commercial buildings, data centres, oil & gas, and utility sectors |
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to understand project requirements| Prepare and submit
techno-commercial proposals
in line with tender requirements |Support project/tendering, negotiations, and order closure activities.
Job Reponsibilities
- Accurate preparation of cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing for LV systems
- Timely submission of tenders and compliance with specifications and standards
- Contribute to achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong relationships with the OEM partner.
- Provide technical support during pre-bid and post-bid stages
- Ensure alignment with internal engineering, procurement, and project teams
- Value addition to optimizing the usage of components and make.
- Team building
- Understand customer and utility requirements
- Capability development
- Overall program co-ordination
- Technical solutions based on OEM such as ABB,Eaton, LS,Siemens, Schneider and familiarization with relevant IEC standards.

- Quality management and documentation

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical, Electronics or a related field.
Experience
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in sales and estimation of LV systems | preferred with UAE market experience | Proven exposure to commercial buildings, data centres, BMS, oil & gas, and utility projects
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of Low Voltage (LV) and ELV systems, including:
• Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Data Centre LV infrastructure
- Commercial building electrical requirements
- Good understanding of tender documents, drawings, and specifications, contract conditions
- Knowledge of UAE authority regulations and international standards
- Sound understanding of UAE authority regulations, including (as applicable): DEWA, ADDC, SEWA,, Civil Defence,Etisalat / DU (ELV scope)
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and estimation tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Mandatory valid UAE driving license.
- Spoken Arabic will be added adavantage
