Overview

• The Junior ERP Next Developer will assist in the development, customization, and maintenance of ERPNext applications.
• The role focuses on backend and frontend development using Python and JavaScript, as well as working with SQL databases.
• This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with relevant internships and strong academic projects.
• **Key Responsibilities*** Develop and maintain ERP Next modules and applications.
• Assist in customizing ERP Next features according to business requirements.
• Collaborate with senior developers to implement backend logic using Python.
• Support frontend development tasks using JavaScript.
• Work with SQL databases (PostgreSQL or MariaDB) to manage and retrieve data.
• Participate in code reviews and testing to ensure quality and performance.
• Document development processes and assist in knowledge sharing.
• **Requirements**
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience, including academic projects or relevant internships.
• Strong Python skills (backend development or scripting).
• JavaScript experience for frontend development.
• Proficiency in SQL with PostgreSQL or MariaDB.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• **Preferred / Advantageous Qualifications*** + Certification in the Frappe Framework.
• + Experience or familiarity with ERPNext or Frappe Framework.
• + Exposure to ERP systems, financial applications, or accounting principles.
