- Common responsibilities include:
- Provide first-line support for ERP systems such as:
- SAP
- Oracle ERP
• Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Odoo
- Assist users with login, access, and system issues.
- Create and manage user accounts and permissions.
- Troubleshoot ERP, software, and hardware problems.
- Monitor daily system operations and report issues.
- Support data entry, reporting, and database maintenance.
- Help with ERP upgrades, testing, and configuration changes.
- Maintain IT equipment, printers, laptops, and workstations.
- Document incidents, tickets, and technical procedures.
- Train end users on basic ERP functions and business applications.
- Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
