Role description
Full-time, on-site Junior Engineer role based in Bandra.
The role supports senior engineers and project managers with construction site activities and residential real estate development.
Responsibilities
- Monitor construction progress and coordinate with contractors.
- Help ensure work follows design specifications and quality standards.
- Review drawings, support quantity estimation, and track materials and resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support timely project delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in civil or construction engineering, building materials, and structural concepts.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications using relevant tools such as AutoCAD or similar.
- Basic coordination skills, including progress tracking, quantity estimation support, and site reporting.
- Understanding of construction safety, quality control, and local building regulations.
- Effective communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and willingness to learn.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in construction or real estate development is an advantage.
