Key Responsibilities

• Translate concepts, sketches, and references into detailed 2D technical drawings and 3D models
• Work flexibly between 3D models and 2D drawings with ease.
• Prepare fabrication/shop drawings for metal, decor, joinery, and custom design projects
• Create precise layouts, dimensions, and technical detailing for production
• Coordinate with production/fabrication teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy
• Revise drawings based on design feedback and project updates
• Organize drawing files, versions, and technical documentation
• Assist in developing standardized drawing systems and templates
• Support with BOQs, cutting lists, and material detailing where required
• Experience with high-end residential villa / renovations.
• Familiarity with UAE joinery and fit-out standards and material sourcing practices.
• Capable of identifying and implementing value-engineered design solutions.
• Knowledge of 3D visualization or rendering software

Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory), Rhino 3D, Enscape, D5 Render
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Grasshopper, Fusion360, SolidWorks, or 3ds Max is a plus
• Understanding of fabrication methods, materials, and construction detailing
• Strong sense of proportion, detailing, and spatial understanding
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Interior design / architecture / product design background preferred
• Freshers with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply
• Priority given to:
• Experience with laser cutting, metal fabrication, or custom furniture/detailing
• Rendering and visualization skills
• Knowledge of UAE fit-out / fabrication processes
