About This Role
Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Executive to support and coordinate our day-to-day digital and e-commerce activities.
This role combines execution and coordination, managing relationships with external partners, supporting internal teams, and ensuring campaigns are delivered smoothly across all channels.
The Junior Digital Marketing Executive will report to the Marketing Manager and CEO.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Plan, schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Respond to DMs, comments, and customer inquiries
- Coordinate with freelance designers for content creation and delivery
- Source and manage relationship with UGC (User Generated Content)
- Support content creators with briefs aligned to campaign needs
Agency & Partner Coordination
- Act as the main point of contact for performance marketing agency, freelance designers, and content creators
- Share briefs, timelines, and feedback
- Ensure assets are delivered on time and aligned with brand guidelines
- Support the agency with required content for ad campaigns and website updates
Sales Support
- Support, internally and externally coordinate new product launches
- Work closely with the sales team to align on promotions and launches across Careem, Noon, Talabat and Amazon
- Ensure all campaign assets and listings are updated correctly
E-commerce Support
- Maintain and update website on Shopify (EN/AR)
- Upload products, images, and descriptions
- Update offers, banners, and landing pages
- Support basic SEO updates
- Monitor stock and coordinate with relevant teams
Email & WhatsApp Campaigns
- Execute campaigns using Klaviyo
- Support WhatsApp campaigns via Zoko
- Ensure campaigns are scheduled and sent correctly
Packaging & Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with internal and external teams on packaging
- Support rollout of new packaging initiatives
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce
- Basic knowledge of Shopify and social media platforms
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Arabic and English writing skills
- Technical Skills in Klaviyo and Zoko
- Plus to have
- Graphic/design skills
- Experience working with agencies or freelancers
- Familiarity with marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, Careem)
- Familiarity with AI softwares for marketing, AI and project optimisation
- Familiarity with project management software (like Asana)
