Department
Department: Fire Protection Systems.
Estimation and tendering
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and material calculations.
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and commercial proposals.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Assist with technical submittals and tender documentation.
- Support bid clarification meetings and technical discussions.
Documentation and coordination
- Maintain records of drawings, estimates, and project documentation.
- Assist with material submittals and method statements.
- Coordinate material requirements with procurement and project execution teams.
- Support project handover documentation and as-built drawing preparation.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience in fire protection system design and estimation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,500–3,500 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
